order to purchase products at wholesale price there is an administration fee
of £10 to cover the costs of setting-up your Account with the Company, which
is a one- time payment. This fee and the cost of purchasing your products you

the £10 fee.

Please call us before you complete them, as we need to run through a couple of
points with you. . Please sign the Application form where indicated, keep the
BLUE copy and return the White and YELLOW copies to us as soon as possible.
The
BLUE copy of the Order form is yours to retain for your records.
It
is important to drink 8-10 glasses of ideally filtered or mineral water,
