As explained to you on the phone, we use a simple and duplicable system that pre-qualifies people before they make further enquiries.  This takes the onus off  “New” Home Business Builders to deal with all the negative aspects of talking to and dealing with people who are just basically timewasters.

I am sure you would appreciate, it is far easier to deal with a small number of positive people, keen to earn income from home, rather than try to sift through dozens or perhaps hundreds of people who are not self motivated enough to seek out the necessary information for themselves. Important Notes

First and foremost, if the prospect has indicated they are prepared to spend £10 for the information pack and would like to attend meetings and they have time and money to spend on building their business....THEN GET ON THE PHONE TO THEM PRONTO!   

There is no need to try and explain the business on the phone.  Just use the call to build rapport so they know who you are and they know they are dealing with a real person when you send information to them.  Be yourself and be friendly.  You know they are prepared to spend the £10 to get all the company produced literature so just build a bit of rapport with them and tell them you will have the application form and extra info in the mail to them immediately. Then follow up within 48 hours to ensure the information got there. This indicates to your prospect that you are on the ball and you would be a good person to be sponsored by.

Once they have submitted the form to New Ways, then you can lock them in to the placement sponsoring system we use.  (You have 16 days to position people in the best place in your downline by contacting the company). 

It is important to realise that when you use the Focused Lead Generating Website it is also a filtering system to weed out the people who are not self motivated enough to seek further information.  You will waste an enormous amount of money sending too much information to people who, for a lack of a better description, are "Tyre Kickers" and "Time Wasters".  This is why I place the onus back onto them, the prospects, so you can judge just how interested they are.The key question of course on the website is "Are you prepared to spend £10 to get all the company produced glossy information and starter pack so you can make a proper assessment of this business?"  If the answer is yes then you are almost guaranteed to have a distributor in your downline!

The information I send is limited to the letter above or a similar letter, the Application Form from New Ways and the "Time Of Your Life" tape, with Piers Whitley our upline with Martin Muncaster interviewing him.  (If you don't have a copy of this tape ask your sponsor to send you a copy.  Tapes are available from Tapestream Duplication)  They (your prospect) must listen to the tape if they want an explanation about the business.  If they don't listen to it then you have not wasted £8 to £10 of your money sending a comprehensive information pack.  All it has cost is 50p for the tape 10p for the application form and the postage plus you should really include a Stamped Addressed Envelope to New Ways to ensure the application form is sent on immediately.  All up cost is around a pound!  

Important information! More recently I have developed CD presentation on the business and toxic chemicals which is proving to be more effective than the tape. Some people don't even own tape decks now! This is another indication to me just how far forward the Internet and technology is moving.

If they are a good prospect with Networking experience and have indicated on the phone to you that they are happy to pay the £10 fee to get the company literature, then I would send the "Phenomenal Fulvates" tape and other New Ways literature such as product brochures and the car brochure.  I only do this if they are a really hot prospect and I am sure they are going to sign up to receive the "Starter Pack" from New Ways!

If you find leads who are obviously very keen to get started then of course you can send them far more information.  The easiest way to do this is to forward information by email and word attachments.  I find that a phone call to build rapport before you send any info at all is very worthwhile and is an absolutely essential part of your business.  

Always follow up by phone  where the prospect has indicated they would like to attend New Ways meetings.  You have a far better chance of a response once they know there is a real person to deal with and you have built rapport with them.

IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT TO RUN A DUPLICABLE BUSINESS 

You cannot expect to run a duplicable system sending out dozens or hundreds of expensive information packs to all and sundry. I don't care how much money you have got to develop your business!  Don't make this mistake of throwing money away unnecessarily.  

It is not what you do, it is what you teach your downline to do that will make you successful. Most people do not have unlimited money to develop a network business!

So... include the cover letter above,  the application form, the "Time Of Your Life" tape by Piers Whitley and Martin Muncaster an Addressed and Stamped Envelope to New Ways and that is it. Simple huh? You bet!

Always bear in mind a good percentage of even these highly qualified leads will not be self motivated enough to respond.  So why should you chase them?  I would suggest one more phone call within 48 hrs as a courtesy call, to ascertain that they have got the information and to ask if they have a problem with requesting the information from New Ways or not would be in order.  If I have another prospect to sign up, I make it very clear to the chain dragger, that if they can't fax the top copy to New Ways immediately then the next person will be signed in above them and they will lose their position and go below the one ready to get started.  This nearly always gets results!  So one more phone call again could give you valuable results 

YOU are NOT in this business to drag people over the finish line!  However it is possible to exert a lot of posture using the above methods to get people signed in and using the products.

Expensive calls and more information just to pick up the odd one or two distributors who will not do anything anyway is not the way to approach this business.  If a person can't see their way clear to spending £10 to obtain the company literature after listening to the tape or watching the CD presentation, then you don't want that sort of person in your downline.  You would be forever trying to motivate and encourage them and this can become demoralising to the point where many people give up trying!

So to recap this is what you do.

  1. As soon as you get a good lead (within 48 hours) call them on the phone to gauge their level of interest.  The best way to build rapport is to find common ground to talk about.  You do this by asking questions.

  2. Ask them if they are still prepared to spend the £10 for the pack as they indicated on the form they filled in

  3. Explain about the products and how good they are. Tell personal stories or stories of people you have read about and how the products have helped them.  Stories sell.... facts and figures don't

  4. Explain we run a duplicable system anyone can follow without it costing a lot of money. It is vital for them, to get the complete information kit direct from New Ways so they can make a proper assessment. Let them see you are committed to your business and you will have the required details in the mail that day or the next for them.  DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO!  

  5. Give them 48 hours after posting the tape, form and letter, then get on the phone to them again.  Say. "Hi ,their name> it is <your name> here from the FreeReportCenter again.  This is just a courtesy call to make sure the information I sent, got to you.  Have you received it?"  This lets them know you are a person who follows up and gives assistance.

  6. If they have the info you sent, remind them to get the form signed and posted to New Ways ASAP in the SAE provided.  Explain the sooner this is done the more people you can place below them in their downline earning them 10% on all orders they place.  If you already have someone else about to sign up, call your first prospect back within 24 hours and explain you need the form faxed direct to the company so you can register the next person downline to them. This generally motivates them to do something fast!

  7. Work with your sponsor at all times and keep a record of who is placed where in your downline so a proper business structure can be established.  Remember this is a team effort and there may be several people using placement sponsoring techniques in the group. 

  8. Develop your skills as a team leader and work closely with downline people at all times.  It is up to you to become a leader if you want to build a viable business.  Help is always available.... all you need to do is ask!!!!
