DEFINITIONS

Points. Each product has a point value assigned to it. PV or Personal Volume is the total of the points of all the products purchased by a Member during a calendar month. The PV is reset to ZERO at the beginning of each calendar month.

GV or Group Volume is the total of a Member’s PV and the PV of all the Members in their downline organisation. GV is reset to ZERO at the beginning of each calendar month.

BV or Bonus Value is the point value assigned to each product for the calculation of bonuses. One BV point = 1 US$. e.g. If a representative is entitled to 25% of an order whose BV is 60, the representative would be entitled to a bonus of US$15.00.

Autoship or Business Protection is an easy way to ensure that a Membership is active and eligible to receive all bonuses. ONE Group has made a point of keeping the cost of products at a competitive level while also making sure that regular monthly orders are not excessive. Consequently, the monthly commitment is just 50 Points, which equates to around US$50.

Autoship. If a Customer or Representative signs up for Autoship, they receive an immediate 20% off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Autoship, the Member is committing to a regular monthly order, which can be changed. The monthly order will be sent out on the 5th, 10th, 15th or the 20th of each calendar month, depending on the date of joining. Autoship orders are sent out regardless of the ordering activity by the Member during the month.

Business Protection. If a Customer or Representative signs up for Business Protection, they will receive an immediate 20% off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Business Protection, a Representative is committing to receiving an order of at least 50 Points on the 25th of every month if their monthly PV to that date is not 50 Points or more. The standard Autoship or Business Protection order is for 2 x In-Liven. However, the content of an Autoship or Business Protection pack can be changed by the Member in the Member’s Area of the website up until the day before the Autoship or Business Protection is due to be run.

BONUS SUMMARY

Fast Start Bonuses

Fast Start Bonuses are paid upline to active Representatives on the BV of all customers, as well as new Representatives in their first 30 days with the company. In fact, depending on their level, a Representative can be paid from 25%-5%of the BV of up to seven (compressed) levels of Representatives and Preferred Customers.

Business Builders Pool

5% of all Fast Start BV worldwide is put into the Business Builders Pool. Representatives are rewarded with one share of the Business Builders Bonus Pool for every three new Representatives (who each achieve 50 points or more) they sponsor in a calendar month. Each share of the Business Builders Pool is worth US$400. There are no limits on the number of shares a Representative may receive.

Retirement Bonuses

Retirement Bonuses are paid according to rank on the BV of all orders made by Representatives including retail outlets, after 30 days of joining ONE Group.

Loyalty Pool

The Loyalty Pool is 25% of worldwide retirement BV. An active Representative will receive one share of the Loyalty Pool for each personally sponsored Representative on Autoship or Business Protection achieving 200 or more PV and one share for each three personally sponsored Representatives on Autoship or Business Protection each achieving between 50-199 PV.

Executive Pool
Qualified Executives receive one share 5%

Managing Executive Pool
Qualified Managing Executives receive two shares of 5% of all worldwide retirement BV.

Senior Executive Pool
Qualified Senior Executives receive 3 shares of 5% of all worldwide retirement BV.
