the ONE Group Compensation Plan.
If you are new to the Company, you can go through the Plan in an easy-to-follow sequence by clicking the Next link at the bottom or top of the page. Much of the plan will not make sense to new members at first. It is important to understand that a thorough understanding of the plan is NOT fundamental to getting started in the ONE Group business. What is more important is actually getting started In the same manner, you can go back through the pages by clicking the Back link. If you are generally familiar with the Compensation Plan you can navigate directly from the INDEX page to the specific pages you wish to visit.
