Promotion

Bonuses are paid to active Associates according to their rank.  Ranks are based on their Group Volume as well as the Group Volume of the Teams in their Retirement Tree.

Once promoted, an Associate will always keep their rank, however they will only be paid bonuses at the rank they are qualified for. 

In other words, if an Associate attained the rank of Executive in March, but only qualified at Senior in May, they will still be called an Executive Representative, but will be paid as a Senior.
