Structuring Your New Ways Business To Take Full Advantage of the Multiplex Compensation Plan

As with any business, it pays to use a systematic approach and plan properly when building your New Ways business.  If you are new to networking then you may have a few problems understanding the following procedures and the reasons for doing them.  However if you have network experience it will soon become apparent to you, the power and the potential you generate in your downline by following this recognised way of maximising the return from The Compensation Plan.

Of course as a business builder you would be aware of, that is if you haven’t already got one, the Focused Lead Generating  Websites we use for lead generation. Have a look at mine www.work-at-home-UK.co.uk  This enables the determined business builders amongst us to generate regular qualified leads on a very consistent basis.  Consequently we are able to distribute or sell these leads to keen members in our teams and also regularly sponsor new people every month into the appropriate positions downline.

Now this is what I do and what I recommend all of you do.  You will build a far greater return much faster than any other way.

Initially start by building under one person.  In the early stages you don’t want to fragment your approach too much by sponsoring anymore than one frontline distributor.  Once you have the capacity to build 3 or 4 legs at once then do so by all means.  If the system I am advocating has been used to bring you into the business then there is a fair chance you will already be part of a dynamic team and you will be watching and hopefully participating in how we build a matrix to maximise the payouts and exert maximum posture on the team members above. 

It is important when looking for people to join you in your team, to place leads with networking experience frontline to you (however, as mentioned above, start with one line and go wider once you have the experience).  This way you can place posture on people below you in the line by placement sponsoring below them.

I will attempt to explain this business structuring process diagrammatically below.

Important Note: You should be working closely with your team leader and try to find someone with networking experience or a business minded person, to go directly into your frontline.  Otherwise Dist A may sit there doing nothing and never see the potential of our business building methods! If your first distributor doesn’t have networking experience or a solid business background then contact your own sponsor or team leader for advice on where to place them in the matrix.  It is entirely up to you to maintain contact with the team leaders above you!  You cannot expect to sit quietly on the sidelines and have other people do the work for you.  It just doesn’t work like that!

You have already sponsored Dist A.  You then find a second person and placement sponsor them under Dist A.  (You have a fortnight to contact the company to place new recruits where you need them).  This then is your second level and Dist B

You then look for new leads and sponsor the next person you find, under and to the left of Dist B.  This is your third level and becomes Dist C on your 3rd level.  The next step is to find a fourth person and place them to the right of Dist B.  This is the second person on your 3rd level and is Dist D

Important Notes: Don’t sponsor left and right from under Distributor A!  If you have followed the advice from upline, then Dist A has business building potential and understands the power of networking.  This is why you have placed them frontline to you in the first place.  The reason you split the line under Dist B is to place posture on Dist A as quickly as you can, so Dist A will start following the same system of building downline as you are.

This is the most powerful method you can use to get your frontline people duplicating the system ASAP.  If you have a good frontline Dist A, then they will work with you to start filling in the matrix below.  It is vital for you if you want to get the best possible payout and make more money, to maintain the integrity of the structure at all times.  By doing it this way you will achieve a far greater return from the Multiplex part of the New Ways compensation plan. It is up to you as a team leader to constantly be in touch and track all the ID numbers of the downline distributors in your group (s).

Due to the fact that the New Ways Multiplex Plan pays out on up to seven levels below your position, you don’t want to be sponsoring to deep and out of your pay depth.  So the next level, which is level 4, as shown in Fig. 4, is as far as you would want to personally sponsor people below your own position.  Occasionally you may want to sponsor into your fifth or sixth level to help someone.  But beware of placing people out of your pay depth and you not receiving bonuses from their purchases.

Of course if you are a determined business builder then you would think like me and work deep below your position, because eventually, you will pick up lucrative bonuses over all in your downline as you achieve higher rankings in the “The Plan”

Building the structure: Once you have Dist C and Dist D in place then look for a person to place on the left of and under Dist C.  This then becomes Dist E. Then go across to Dist D and place the next person you find, or one of your downline team members find, on the right of and under Dist D. This is Dist F.  Once you or someone in your team has filled in the Dist H and Dist I position, then you have completed the structure to take maximum advantage of the Multiplex Plan payment system. Plus importantly you have placed enormous posture on A, B, C and D to do something with the business opportunity

Important Notes: Ensure you sponsor to the left of Dist C (Dist E) then to the right of  Dist D (Dist F).  The reason for this is to place posture on Dist A and Dist B to help you find people to fill in the final part of the matrix you are building.  (After all, the benefits that will accrue for A B C and D from your efforts could be very substantial for each and every one of them in the future).

 

It is not all that important for Dist B to be a networker or business builder. Oftentimes when Dist B sees the work you do in placing people below their position to the left and right, they in turn become enthused and actively look for their own people to sponsor.

Ideally Dist A and/or Dist B would be responsible for finding Dist H and Dist I.  However, be prepared as a team builder to placement sponsor all of these people as outlined in the above matrix, including H and I, into the team if need be.

It is your responsibility to take control of how you build your team and you cannot expect others to learn the system immediately.  By using this method, you will place enormous posture on your frontline Dist A to learn the system quickly and start actively sponsoring using the FreeReportCenter.com website lead generator and every other means at their disposal.  Encourage them to participate in co-operative advertising with you and the other business builders in your team.

Once you have a team starting to duplicate and using these methods then the power of placement sponsoring will become apparent as all the people on your pay levels of the Multiplex Plan will be ordering product each and every month to receive their own bonuses.

There shouldn’t be any necessity for you to sponsor any deeper than the fourth level.  Under the Multiplex Plan, a “Qualified Leg” is a leg that has generated just £75 worth of orders in a single month. If you study the New Ways Plan then you would see that once you have four to six “Qualified Legs” then you will receive a bonus override of 2% over your entire group.  With twelve “Qualified Legs” the bonus override increases to 6% over your entire group.

 If all the distributors in the above matrix order a qualifying order of £75 in one month then you will receive a bonus of  £60 for your efforts in building this structure.  Once your frontline Distributor A starts their own leg, then your bonuses will start to increase and grow markedly.  The potential for growth is enormous once Dist A starts following this system.

Encourage all in your group to build and complete their own business structure before they sponsor someone "frontline" to themselves.  This teaches them the method and the need to work with people to create a dynamic team.  Anyone who thinks they can sponsor a person "Frontline" and leave them to it is sadly mistaken about how network marketing works!

 

Key Points

  1. Be in constant contact with your Team Leader!  Communication is the name of the game.
  2. Ensure you keep accurate records of who is where in the team below. If you inadvertently place someone in the wrong position notify the company within 16 days and alter their placement to where you want them.
  3. Never sponsor wide initially.  That is never sponsor more than three frontline to you at any given time.  It is hard enough to build one downline without doing 3 or more.  I would suggest that initially you concentrate on building a single leg until you are completely up to speed with advertising and recruiting methods we use.  You may want to experiment with some of your own ideas but in the short-term stick to this proven system before trying to change things!
  4. By using placement-sponsoring techniques, you will build a duplicable system far quicker than any other method yet devised.
  5. Be prepared to spend time on the phone to your key people. Networking is based on trust and respect.  Build rapport with new people and always do what you say you are going to do.
  6. Bear in mind a “Qualified Leg” under the Multiplex Plan is a leg that has had just £75 worth of product (excluding VAT of course) ordered in a single month personally sponsored people below your fifth level. .  This counts towards your qualifications to receive bonus over-rides over your whole group in the future… which could be as high as 6% unlimited depth bonus. 
  7. By helping your “Frontline Distributor” establish a matrix of distributors in their team you are guaranteed to have a leg which not only comfortably reaches the £75 Multiplex qualification each month, but a leg which will continue to duplicate and grow so it becomes an “Executive Leg” in the future. This will ensure you receive big payouts on the "Affinity Compensation Plan"
  8. A sign of a true networker is one who is unselfish, sponsors downline and is prepared to work with key people below.
  9. If you sponsor all your new leads frontline and go wide and expect duplication to occur you will end up another network statistic.  You will slow up the development of your business drastically and you will probably end up being completely unsuccessful in the New Ways business.
  10. Try not to sponsor too deep either, in any one matrix.  Remember “The Multiplex Plan” pays out to five levels deep at 10% per level.  So anything below your fifth level is out of your pay levels. (There are exceptions to this).   This is why I don’t advocate building a single line of distributors as some people teach in New Ways.  There is not much point in having personally sponsored people below your fifth level.
  11. This document deals only with the “Multiplex” part of the Compensation Plan.  The “Affinity Executive Leadership Bonuses” is where the dedicated Network Business Builders will reap huge rewards in the future.  All product ordered by distributors over and above the £75 worth per month is allocated to the “Affinity Plan” and once you reach Executive status you will be paid up to 20% personal rebate on the portion of all orders which exceed the £75 allocated to the Multiplex Plan.  Study the compensation plan to understand the key benefits of it. For instance if a single distributor orders £125 worth in a month then your bonus could be as high as 20% on the £50 which is over and above the Multiplex allocation.  It doesn’t take long for decent cheques to accrue when this occurs.
  12. You can sponsor wide once you have good duplicating growth occurring in three legs.  By getting the width (12 qualified legs wide) under the Multiplex Plan you will be paid on 2 extra levels (7 deep) plus up to a six percent bonus over-ride on the whole group below you to infinite depth.  A qualified leg in the Multiplex Plan is a leg where £75 of product is ordered in one month.
  13. The whole thrust of building using the above method is to get you through as a “Qualifying Executive Leg” as soon as possible.  Set a goal of becoming a “Senior Executive” within 12 months of starting!  This is a realistic and very achievable goal for you to work towards!
