Copy and Paste

One of the most useful tools is the Copy and Paste function.  It took me ages to to work out all the different facets of copy and paste.  Most of the time if you are good at Copy and Paste you can do away with typing. Simply lift off the letters and script I have made available here on this website and transfer them directly to a Word Document.

So how do we Copy and Paste simply and effectively.

Scroll to the bottom of the page or paragraph you want to copy.... do it now on this paragraph.... when you get to the end of the script you want to copy, move the cursor over to the far right of the text right at the bottom and Left Click with the mouse and hold the button down.  Then move the cursor back to the left following the bottom line of text, once you get to the left side of the page then move up the page with the cursor, still holding the button down and all the writing will be highlighted.  Try it with this paragraph and highlight all of this paragraph.

Keep going until all the writing you want to copy is highlighted and take you finger off the left button.  The cursor will then change to an arrow as it moves over the black areas.  When the arrow is in the black area Right Click and a box will appear.  In the top part of the box you will see Cut Copy and PasteLeft Click on Copy and all the text you have previously highlighted will be magically transferred to what is called the Clipboard on the computer RAM (Random Access Memory)

Then you can transfer all the text and pictures and logos clip art etc from the page you highlighted directly to a Word Document, email or other applications or programs on your computer. (If you want to copy the complete page go to Edit on the top tool bar and click... when the box drops click on Select All.  the complete page will be highlighted... then Right Click and and when the box appears, Left Click on Copy in the box.  This will copy the complete page to the clipboard of your computer.)

What you now do is this.  Once you have opened a new page in Word to receive the clipboard contents, simply move the cursor to the top of the page or wherever you want to insert the clipboard contents and Right Click.  The box appears again and all you do is left click on Paste in the box and like magic all the previous page is transferred exactly as it was copied, into your own Word or other document.  Now you can edit it and alter it to your hearts content.

Word of warning... Only alter the OBBS letters to personalize them and make them sound as though you have written them.  Do not alter the content and stray away from our duplicable system.  If you do your downline will not be able to follow what you are doing because it will be at odds with this proven system.

Print this report out and have it beside you as you develop your Copy and Paste prowess.
