Hello everyone!

Best wishes to you all and we hope this email finds you prosperous
and well.  As leaders in the Organic Natural Enterprize business we are excited to be
working with such a dynamic, heartfelt and committed group of people.

This is the first of what we plan to be regular updates on the ONE
Group business from our, the representative side of the fence, as it
were. We will do our best to provide you with any up to date info
that may be of benefit to your enterprise building activities,
including business building tips, meeting info and inspiration from
far and wide.

1. WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
As we all know, there are a million income opportunities available
for the choosing at any one time.  And if you're like me, you may
feel like you've been offered 200,000 of them!  It seems like
everyone has got an idea for a direct sales company that is going to
make everyone rich and heal the entire planet to boot!  The question
is, in such an environment, where does ONE fit into the mix?  How do
we distinguish ourselves in the marketplace?

The good news is that in a real way, we don't have to.  The
philosophy of the company, the nature of the products, along with the
structure of the compensation plan ensure that we already are
different.  

The philosophy of the company - organic in name, organic in nature.
The Founding Directors at Organic Natural Enterprize have striven from the beginning
to ensure that the ideas that drive their business reflect what we
are trying to achieve; a world with more purity, more harmony, more
prosperity.  They know full well that only with honesty and integrity
can the company succeed long term. 

The nature of the products - Real, Excellent, Affordable
There is one sure way to create instant, massive growth in numbers
and income in an organization.  Create a product surrounded by an
enormous amount of hype (this cream will grow your left arm back in 5
minutes a day!!) and then make the product very expensive in order to
boost the bonuses through the roof.  This will attract a lot of
people for short term gain, but it is rarely, if ever sustainable.
When the hype subsides, most of those people will go on to the next
"best thing". 

As Organic Natural Enterprize representatives, we are in an enviable position.  We
have a product range which is incredibly REAL.  The benefits are real
and the results are real.  We have a powerful health product,
InLiven, which reflects the latest cutting edge research on
nutrition, and we have, by definition, the purest skin and personal
care range in the world.  Add to that the reasonable margins applied
to these products to ensure affordability, and you have a winning
combination.  And the result?  Over the last 18 months I have been
astonished at the sustainablity of this business.  Once people start
using these products, they just don't want to stop - ever.  Without
an ounce of hype, a business growth pattern has been created that
very much resembles that found in nature: sustainable and long term.

The compensation plan - fair, equitable, lucrative
Organic Natural Enterprize has created a structure for rewarding the representatives
for their efforts that is one of the most fair that I have ever seen.
 It offers a "leg up" to those that are just getting started, allows
for consistently expanding rewards on the way up, and provides a very
real vision for a retirement income.  No hidden surprises - just real
rewards for real effort.

2. NEW CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULE!        Now that the company has
gotten a lot of its admin and production infrastructure in place, in
preparation for the next big growth phase, it is turning its
attention to its systems for communicating more effectively with the
representative force.  To this end we have some very exciting news.
Starting next Wednesday, November 5, Organic Natural Enterprize will be employing a
U.S. based conference call facility which it will use for promotion
as well as product and representative training.  This service is very
simple to access by anyone in the world by dialling one USA phone
number.  In Australia, using one of the current generation of phone
cards available at newsagents (such as  the very popular "Go Talk"
card) this can be done for 3.5c per minute (or roughly AUD $2 per
hour!).  It's ironic that this facility makes it cheaper to call the
U.S. that it is to call interstate!
This Wednesday's call will be a talk by Founding Director Alf Orpen.
Topics to be covered include: The origin of the organic movement and
how it has grown into the significant USD$40 billion industry it is
today. Examples of how pesticides are as insidious as nuclear
fallout. A brief introduction to Multi-Channel Marketing. The call
will take place at 7.30pm Queensland time (8.30 in NSW and Victoria,
8pm in SA) and will last for approximately 60 minutes.  To get on,

This will be a great call to "3 way" your prospects on to.  We hope
that you will all join us on this auspicious first call and take
advantage of Alf's extensive wisdom and experience. 

3. DIRECTOR JOHN HUNTER TO RUN AN IMPORTANT TRAINING On Thursday
November 13, John is going to be giving a presentation at Robina
Community Centre.  This will be a training evening on the topic of
the compensation plan and how to best use the corporate website to
build your Organic Natural Enterprize.  As we are very much a web based
company in many ways, you will get a lot of leverage by getting this
information!
4. CZERREL,S MEETING   The spokesperson for our flagship nutritional
product, Czerral, has accepted to give a public presentation on the
Gold Coast on Saturday November 29  from 3 to 5pm (please arrive by
2.45).  His topic will be "The big picture on probiotics."  For those
of you who have not seen Czerral speak before, we must say that he is
a most entertaining and informative speaker.  Czerral is very
passionate about the massive contribution that probiotics makes to a
persons immediate and long term well-being, and that is why, in his
product, his nutrient saturation formula is combined with some of the
strongest, most potent healthy bacteria in the world.

5. SOME INTERESTING CORPORATE STATS Some of the statistics coming out
of company headquarters at the moment are very encouraging, and so we
thought we would share them with you.
a) Over the last few months the company revenue has been growing at
an average rate of over 30%
b) Last months share in the Loyalty pool was US$44.24.  This amount
is growing over time as the number of representatives increases, and
it is the company's hope that in time it will cover monthly
Autoship/BP. Already it means that if you have three personally
sponsored on AS/BP, your product purchase commitment is less than
AUD$40.00 per month!
c) Last month's share in the Fast Start Pool was US$186.99.  To those
of you who achieved this, congratulations!

6. As many of you may already know, the ONE website is undergoing
constant and never ending improvement.  Just as with most corporate
websites, ONE's  is a "work in progress".  We are all very fortunate
that the company decided early on to build all of their software from
scratch, thus making it totally configurable to our needs (and also
allowing it to be independent of the exorbitant ongoing costs that
some software companies charge).  Anyway, we thought that we would
mention that the latest small but significant change is that the
shopping cart has been updated so that now you can order all of the
items that you want in one go, and then hit the update button.  Every
second line has also been shaded so that it is now easier to track
from the left side of the page to the right.

The other interesting change relates to your "self replicating" site.
 As you know, this is the site you receive when you join the company
as a representative, which automatically puts your details in the
"sponsor" field if you send someone to your site and they decide to
join.  Well the latest news is that if they want more information
after looking at the site and click the "contact us" button at the
top of the page, that will automatically send their email to the
email address that you have provided to the company.  Great huh?  It
is important therefore that you provide a current email address to
the company when you join (or get onto it now!) so that you can
receive the leads that are yours.  This will be even more critical
when the company begins its major promotions in the United States in
the near future.  Also keep in mind that the email that they receive
tells them that their enquiry will be handled within 24 hours.  So
you need to check your email every day.

Last but not least, we now have an online noticeboard!  From the
front page of the site click on "What's Happening" link at the top.
This will take you to a menu from which you can choose one of four
options.  Click on "Noticeboard." This is where the latest news will
be posted as soon as it comes to hand.  Upcoming events" on the other
hand will list all the events for Organic Natural Enterprize, whether promotional or
training, nationwide.  The events we have detailed above are on the
site now, as well as others.  We recommend that you check these two
regularly!
