We are pleased to launch this issue of the company newsletter. All new products, news, instructional information and updates will be included in this format. Date of release will be by the 20th of each month.

Another exciting announcement!! We are pleased to advise the release of three new products:
They are available in all countries except the USA. This has been reflected in the price lists now available on-line. We expect availability in USA in August, 2005, and will announce when they arrive either by newsletter next month or the Organic Natural Enterprize website notice board.
NOTE: the natural pink/red colour of the liquid hand soap is a natural reaction between lemon myrtle essential oil and the honeysuckle extract. There are no artificial colours in the product.
Organic Natural Enterprize Warehouse and Distribution Centre Nevada USA We are pleased to announce that the Nevada Distribution Centre has been operating for the past few months and start-up inventory and delivery issues have been resolved. We are delivering 90% of USA orders currently from the warehouse and this will increase to 95% by the end of July. We look forward to providing improved US deliveries and service, as well as eliminating customs and duty issues for US reps and customers. Please remember to check in the ‘members’ area on the website to track your order. Click on ‘view order & tracking’. Here you will see the tracking number next to your order – you may then contact the courier company to find out exactly where your order is located.
When a country has achieved 50,000 PV per month they will receive their own flag on the website and be able to order in their own currency.
We are delighted to announce that this has been achieved by the United Kingdom!! Their flag now appears on the website for on-line ordering in Great British Pounds. Printable order forms in Great British Pounds will follow shortly.
In addition, with regard to New Zealand – the new “NZ Wholesale Cash Account Application & Agreement Form” and “NZ Wholesale Price List & Order Form” is now available online.

Correct Use of www.mienterprize.com site A number of emails are received asking “why doesn’t the mienterprize.com site link back to the Representative?” All technical issues with the site have been resolved, however in nearly all cases the UserName is extended incorrectly. So to be clear, it should be written as follows:
Base example: www.mienterprize.com/?username Example: www.mienterprize.com/?organicmusic
Remember the UserName is case sensitive, so it will not work if the username is all lower case and OrganicMusic or Organicmusic is used. Do not add a “full stop” at the end. Please ensure this is clear with your Team to avoid delays and further email traffic to Head Office. The above also applies when using the Organic Natural Enterprize site.
Official Company Certification Explanation We hear many versions of explanations of our certified organic products. Here is the official one. Please learn it and pass it on to your Team, to avoid confusion.
Mi Essence® are currently the only skin care products on the planet that have submitted to, and comply with, the rigorous processing and labeling requirements for certified organic food products. There are two levels of certification for organic food products that Mi Essence® skin care products comply with:
1. Products branded “ Mi Essence® certified organics” are certified organic: These products contain (excluding water and salt) at least 95% organically produced agricultural ingredients. The remaining ingredients (up to 5%) can be non-agricultural substances or non-organically produced agricultural ingredients, with strict processing criteria (eg. absolutely no GMOs or synthetics chemicals). These products bear the Australian Certified Organic (ACO) logo.
2. Products branded “ Mi Essence® organics" are either ‘made with organic ingredients’ or are ‘mineral-based’ products: a) Made with organic ingredients products contain (excluding water and salt) at least 70% organically produced agricultural ingredients. Any remaining can be non-agricultural substances (eg, clay, bicarb soda, minerals) or non-organically produced agricultural ingredients, with strict processing criteria (eg. absolutely no GMOs or synthetic chemicals). b) Mineral-based products contain non-agricultural substances (eg, clay, bicarb soda, minerals), with strict processing criteria (eg. absolutely no GMOs or synthetics chemicals). These products bear the Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA) Registered Product logo.
3. Products that bear no third party certification logo, I.e. the two Shampoos, the Sunflower Body Wash and the Herbal Shine Hair Conditioner contain one single ingredient that is not allowed in organic foods, and therefore prevents the products from being certified. The foaming products contain “coco polyglucose” and the hair conditioner contains “sorbitan olivate”. Please see the Mi Essence® Ingredient Glossary on the website under ‘resources’ for more information on these ingredients.
Certification Summary Statement Due to considerable regulation changes in organics worldwide, Organic Natural Enterprize has decided that the following statement is the best one to use when referring to their Certified Organic products, as it covers all countries.
‘ Mi Essence®, MiVitality® and MiEnviron® Certified Organics are certified by the Australian Certified Organic (ACO) to the highest International Organic Food Standards. The ACO, Australia’s largest Organic Certifying Body, is accredited to certify organic operations in Australia, Europe, Japan, USA, Switzerland and the UK.’
Due to a policy backflip by the USDA, in that they will no longer certify body care products to food standards, we have decided not to bear the USDA Logo for our personal care products.
We have until October 21, 2005 to remove the USDA logo from our labels and any marketing material. We request that all Representatives take the necessary steps to remove the logo from their material also. Any new material submitted for approval will not be permitted to use the USDA logo.
The same applies to the JAS logo. These logos may only be used in relation to food products and not personal care products. Our In-Liven complies with the new regulations and can bear the JAS logo.
Additionally the IFOAM logo cannot be used on its own, only in conjunction with the certifying agency’s logo, which is the composite ACO/IFOAM logo we use on our certified organic products.
Just to bring you up to speed with the enhancements to the Comp Plan.
The increased %'s for the Sponsor Bonuses - 25%, 15%, 15%, 10%, 10%, 5%, 5% came into effect on 1 June 2005. The Builder's Bonus is now a fixed US$400.00 for those who qualify (3 x 250PV in the same calendar month) The Loyalty Bonus is now a fixed US$70.00 per 3 personally sponsored on BP or AS. The 50% Retirement Bonus increase (increase on all payments from 2% to 3% of BV for Managers and above) will be paid on 16th July for all Retirement orders in June. The new Retail Bonus (5% of retail orders by retail outlets) will be paid to Active Sponsors on the 16th July for all qualified orders for the month of June.
Example of how the Retail Bonus was calculated:
$1680.00 Order by Retail Outlet before discount in US$. 251.3 BV of the order at 40% off 166.0 BV of the order at 50% off 85.3 Difference in BV (US$ value of bonuses) 84.04 5% of order before discount.
So you can see that the saving on Retirement Bonuses by reducing the BV from the 40% level to the 50% level (85.3) almost exactly equals 5% of the order before discount. Depending on placement, the Sponsor may also pick up some Retirement Bonuses as well as the Retail Bonus.

Rebranding/Repackaging Question We often receive enquiries from different countries about rebranding and repacking Organic Natural Enterprize’s products. The policy is that all Organic Natural Enterprize products will remain Organic Natural Enterprize products in all countries. No exceptions. Please see Policies and Procedures document under Advertising & Promotion – item 7.
Claims to be First “Certified Organic” Cosmetic Manufacturer Representatives are not permitted to use company trademarks, brand names or the company name in their website address, email address or user name. This includes My Essence®, My Vitality®, My Environ®, In - Liven® or Organic Natural Enterprize (or any derivative.)
Please refer to the Organic Natural Enterprize “Terms & Conditions” – item 10 and ‘Policies & Procedures’ under Advertising & Promotion – item 5, which is posted on the website.
For those of you
who have used any of the above names in any form as your username, please
forward a replacement username request to kristy@onegrp.com as soon as
possible. We are often asked –“How will Organic Natural Enterprize continue to acquire Certified Organic ingredients to meet the growing global demand of our products? In other words is it possible that some ingredients will become difficult to source in the quantities required? Do we have enough organic farms to source all the ingredients from and what are the plans for the next 5-10 years?”
There is an average of 38 new organic farms applying for organic status every month here in Australia alone. Some governments around the world are funding the transition from conventional to organic farming practices. We have ‘blanket order’ agreements with some suppliers and always take the opportunity to acquire a new supplier of any particular ingredient so that we have multiple choices. Based on our current growth, we do not foresee any difficulties for another 5 years and we are currently working on those possible issues now so that they do not arise.
