Alternative letter to networkers

This letter below is less likely to invoke angry responses from upline people when contacting networkers. Most networks are very conscious of poaching and will do anything they can to stop attrition. Even to the extent of veiled threats. However, it is hard to dispute the truth so by referring the person you are contacting to an independent website like the Environmental Working Group, it will open most people's eyes to the fact that there is an alternative to the chemical based products they are currently using.

SUBJECT: Polite note for <name>

Dear name,

I'm not going to pretend I want information from you as I believe in being honest. I am sure you would appreciate this. However, as an aware person, I’m sure you will appreciate the information I’m about to pass on to you.

No doubt you are aware of the Organic Movement and how there is huge groundswell of people throughout the world who are opposed to chemicals in their food, skin care, cosmetics and in the workplace. These people used to be thought of as hippies and alternative types only a few short years ago because the vast majority of us at that time, were blinded by science and didn’t believe the truth, even if it was staring us in the face.

However, thousands of educated and extremely well informed people, including many scientists are now saying, we, that is the human race, is in grave danger of having cancer spiral completely out of control due to substantial quantities of toxic synthetic chemicals residing in the bodies of every living person on the planet!

Collectively, these chemicals, sometimes dozens or even hundreds of them, are referred to as the chemical “body burden” all of us have to carry, with who knows what long term consequences on our health and the future health of our loved ones.

Perhaps now is a good time for you to investigate some of the excellent work the Environmental Working Group has done in exposing this massive over exposure to chemicals that we are all suffering from. Take a quick peek at this page and you will see what I mean about the “Body Burden” syndrome.

http://www.ewg.org/bodyburden/usertest/ (leave the URL out if you are able to insert it into the text of the email as I have done above)

Then take a look at this page and see how many chemicals you recognize in the products you use which may be building up in your body and in the bodies of your loved ones.

http://www.ewg.org/reports/skindeep/findings/index.php?content=exposure_survey (Again leave the URL out if it is contained in the text)

If you care about the environment and you care about your health and the health of your loved ones, then perhaps you would like to spread the truth about the chemical invasion by becoming part of this wonderful trend, the Organic Movement?

In a world saturated with hype, marketing noise and downright lies, it’s actually refreshing to tell the truth and to be paid to do it!

Click here for more information (Insert the URL into the text so they must click on it rather than copying and pasting or perhaps typing it in.)

Kind regards

PS. This email cannot be classed as spam. It is a personal, one off letter, addressed to you by name from information I have found in the public domain. You will not hear from me again if you don't reply. Thanks for taking the time to read this far.

Local Organic Store with an online presence

Subject: Organic Cosmetics

Make sure you have applied for retail allocation of the store before approaching the owners as they may have already been approached by another Rep who has had the store allocated to them. Two Reps contacting the same store will impart a sense of amateurism and probably cause the store owner to dismiss the products completely as some sort scam or pyramid operation.

Dear Name,

My name is <yourname> and I live in <your area> not far from you.

I came across your site as I was surfing the net looking for organic outlets in the
<their area> area.

I was wondering if you may be interested in a brand new line of USDA Certified Organic cosmetics and skin care products to be able sell through your shop or sell through an existing e-commerce online store.

The products and the company are unique in the respect that they are THE ONLY company in the world at the moment that can legally claim Certified Organic across their complete skin care range and legally display all the certifying body organic logos from countries like the USA, Australia, NZ, and Japan.
The products also easily exceed the requirements for the UK and the EU.

The products are absolutely wonderful and would compliment your organic business very nicely. There is a 40% discount off retail price for retailers such as yourself. If you are interested in the e-commerce part of it, which is all done online by your customers - you don't need to handle any product at all - you will receive 30% of the retail value of every order placed through your e-commerce website which is supplied to you by the organic company.

Please feel free to get back to me if you would like me to send any more information on to you about the 100% synthetic-chemical-FREE products they have and how the e-commerce part of it works.

Kind regards

<yourname>

Bounce back email to send to people who have sent you an email about their opportunity.
Subject: Polite note to request more information

Dear <name>,

Thank you for sending us the link and information about your program.

I have a few questions to ask you about your program and wondered if you are the person I should be talking to. If I like it, then I will recommend it to my team.

By the way, I am promoting cancer awareness and ask everyone who cares about their loved ones to find out more about the problem of toxic synthetic chemicals in our toiletries and how they may be causing cancer and a myriad of other health problems.

Perhaps what we are doing may interest you greatly.

Our company has developed a range of personal care products and cosmetics which are:

  • 100% FREE of ALL synthetic chemicals
  • Certified Organic in Australia, USA, Japan and exceeds the UK and EU regulations
  • THE ONLY legitimate fully organic products on the market

In addition:

  • THE ONLY company legally allowed to display the USDA Certified Organic logos on their literature and website
  • Seamless worldwide sponsoring
  • 30% retail bonuses paid on customers
  • 25% bonus paid on 1st level downline customers and personally sponsored frontline team members
  • The organics market is growing at 23% compounded per year
  • Leadership bonuses paid to unlimited depth

The profits being made in the health industry in all sectors is massive. Network Marketing using the Internet to get the message across about this wonderful 100% synthetic-chemical-FREE range of Certified Organic products works wonderfully for us. The marriage of Internet Marketing and a rock solid - unique debt free company is very potent. Yet this is an absolute ground floor opportunity in all the major world markets.

One thing I've learned, is that it makes good sense to diversify...in other words, don't put all of your eggs in one basket. Would you agree with that?

If you want to be really successful at Network Marketing, then respond today by emailing me back and I can give you detailed information about the Marketing Plan and our Certified Organic products.

Please feel free to email me more details of your opportunity.

I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards

Reply letter to networker
Subject: Re the organic business

Dear <name>,

Thanks for getting back to me.

As mentioned in my email to you, the company is USDA Certified Organic as are all the products. We have a broad range of products for you to look at which you will find on this website www.onegrp.com/?yourwebsite> You will find every product has every ingredient listed which clearly shows that they are ALL Certified Organic.

In fact the company has the only current legitimate product range of it's type in the world which is a huge marketing advantage for us.

As a networker I am sure you would like to look a lot more closely at all the marketing tools and the workings of the e-commerce site the company supplies to the distribution network. You will also be able to download a copy of the Marketing Plan in PowerPoint so you can see for yourself how the compensation accrues.

To access the restricted areas of my site please use these details

Once in the site please take your time to have a proper look at how the site is geared towards a complete Internet based system without the need to spend hard earned money buying marketing materials and posting out information packs. Quite frankly it is a networkers dream to be able to build a business online but have real physical products which are in exceedingly high demand.

If you find you can't download the plan in the PowerPoint presentation then please visit www.hallgold.com/comp-plan.htm where it is laid out in an easy to read click through format.

I have also attached a couple of PDF documents to let you see the professional nature of the electronic brochures we have.

Thanks a lot for your time. I will look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Kind regards

Comments Letter 1
Many people have the mistaken idea that any email which is sent to someone you don't know and hasn't been asked for is a spam email. If this was the case then everyone would be in fear of doing the wrong thing and never be sending emails to anyone unless they had permission first.

The ISPs frown on unsolicited commercial emails and in particular the spammers that do not include a removal path and have added someone's email address to a list without asking permission. These emails are easily recognised as they are never personally addressed and the sender will always try to disguise the pathway they have followed when sending the email. This is a spam email and the bane of the Internet because they are sent by special spam software to hundreds of millions of suffering recipients.

Compare this with researching the Internet - finding a persons name and their contact details on their website. Their website is published on the Internet hoping others will find it.  If they didn't want anyone to contact them, then why have they got a website with contact details on it? Provided you contact them in polite way and your email is personally addressed to them by name and the return path back to you is not disguised in any way then you have nothing to worry about as far as any ISP is concerned. It is not a spam email - it is quite simply a legitimate contact from you because they have invited people to respond to them by publishing their website in the first place.

No ISP would even consider a spam complaint from someone if you followed the procedure above. In fact ISPs don't take kindly at all to people who report so-called spam emails which obviously aren't. The same rules apply to the person who lodges the complaint  as what apply to everyone else. So - if they cause unnecessary waste of time for the ISP by maliciously reporting genuine emails then the ISP will warn them to stop. So contact people without hesitation with a personal email like I have outlined.

There is more you can do to make sure even the most ardent anti-spam bigots will not try to cause you problems. Simply put a polite note at the bottom pointing out your email is a one off personal contact from you and unless they reply to you then they will not hear from you again. Something along these lines.

PS. This email is not a spam email. I have personally contacted you, to ask you if you are interested in using 100% synthetic-chemical-FREE certified organic products and/or perhaps the business opportunity that goes with it. Your name and email address was not purchased from anyone nor is it passed onto anyone else. This is a one off email to you and unless you respond you will not hear from me again.

For goodness sake don't give your www.onegrp.com/?yourname website URL out with any email you send like this. You will be reported for spam by someone and if you are reported, the company may be forced to take action and terminate your distributorship. Keep the company name out of it completely until you have permission from the respondent to send more information.

I have also written an alternative letter which isn't quite as direct when promoting the Business Opportunity. If you want fewer complaints from upline people in the network you are targeting, then the second letter is better. Bear in mind you are doing nothing wrong by contacting other networkers. It is a recognised way to get people involved in your business. Asking people if they would like to spread the truth about the chemical invasion is a just and ethical thing to do.

Bounce Back Emails Comments
There is no problem with returning an email to someone who has sent you an email. As long as you hit reply then it is easily identified as a response to what they have sent you. So you cannot get into trouble with bounce back emails. You could even include your www.onegrp.com/?yourname website without fear of being reported because they have already emailed you.

You may want to set up a signature file in Outlook Express so all you have to do is click on reply and the signature with your website or perhaps an autoresponder address is automatically sent out. Refer to my training reports on how to do this.

As a Natural Health Practitioner, I wondered if you may be interested in a range of completely chemical free certified organic products.

Our company in Australia - after much research and development have just created the world's first Certified Organic Skin Care Range.

There are over 40 products in the range and all have been certified to the rigorous standards required by these International bodies USDA, IFOAM, JAS and BFA. In fact our products meet the standards laid down for Organic FOOD production! As you can probably appreciate by adhering to these standards we have been endorsed by the world's leading authorities in organic agriculture.

Our products contain  NO:

  • SYNTHETIC DETERGENTS
  • ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES
  • ARTIFICIAL COLOURS
  • ARTIFICIAL FRAGRANCES
  • PETROLEUM BY-PRODUCTS
  • TAR DERIVATIVES
  • GENETICALLY MODIFIED INGREDIENTS

I am sure you will absolutely love the products. At this stage there is no other range of certified organic products anywhere in the world which can legally display the International Organic logos because we have the only products to be fully certified.

Comments Health Professional Letter

When contacting people you find on the Internet that have a health practice make sure you do not mention the product names nor the name of the company. The reason for this is you want the person to get back to you. You want them to be curious and only able to get the information from YOU!

If you tell them the name of the company or the product line then you will most probably lose them. For instance if you key "ONE Group certified organic" into the search engines you will find a list of sites come up which the lead could easily be led away from you by. They may decide to get information direct from someone else!

You have done the hard work but could lose the lead because you gave too much information initially.  This also applies to the brand name  Mi Essence. There are plenty of sites out there that will come up (including mine) in any search on this term.
