What happens when I fill in the application form?

Where are the products made?

Australia. All the products are made with Certified Organic ingredients from crops grown on certified organic farms within Australia and some specially selected USDA Certified Organic suppliers from overseas. Why are your products any better than another company selling organic and natural products?

The words Certified Organic backed up by the logos, say it all. Our products are certified safe and completely free of all chemicals from the growing of the crops on Certified Organic farms to the production and the manufacturing facilities and the packaging used which have to meet the highest possible Organic Certification. We have the only skin care and cosmetic product range in the world legally allowed to use the USDA Organic logo on skin care products products and in our advertising. If other products aren't using this prestigious logo then they probably contain synthetic chemicals still - despite the claims!

By the way there is a $10,000 fine for illegal use of the USDA Organic logo - this is why you don't see it on other lines of skin care products!

Are the products delivered from Australia?

Yes. All shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer. There is no middleman! How long does delivery take?

Delivery is speedy. In Australia generally within 48 to 72 hours of your order being placed. USA is 4 to 5 working days as is NZ and Canada. The UK and Europe allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. Asia can vary but generally 4 to 7 working days is the norm.

Am I responsible for VAT or GST or my country's taxes when buying products?

NO! The company prepays the taxes levied by most countries that we have Customers and Reps in that are purchasing regularly. This takes the onus off the Rep or Customer to pay taxes at their end.

However, some countries are not covered under this prepaid system. Smaller orders placed may enter the country without attracting tax. This cannot be guaranteed. Be prepared to pay the taxes applicable in your country on imported products of this nature if the taxes are not built into the shopping cart total on the website.

Do your products help people with skin conditions like eczema?

We are not allowed to make medical claims. Claiming that our synthetic chemical free products would help someone with medical conditions like eczema or psoriasis would be breaking the law. How long is the shelf life?

Unopened the products have an excellent shelf life of two or more years due to the cold pressed and absolutely pure nature of the essential oils used. In rare cases where extra keeping qualities are needed, certified organic natural preservatives like grape fruit seed extract, tea tree oil and honeysuckle extract may be used in minimal quantities.

Once opened the products are best kept out of direct sunlight and heat and will easily last six months or more. Any product you wish to keep longer than the above times should be kept in a cool place below 15 degrees Celsius.

Are your body care products Certified Organic

We use foaming agents in the shampoo which do not come from Certified Organic sources so we DO NOT claim all our body care products are Certified Organic. Some are! Where possible we source ALL ingredients from Certified Organic growers. However, due to a shortage of recognised certified organic suppliers, products like shampoo can not be classified as Certified Organic under the terms of the USDA classification.

You will find all other manufacturers of "organic" products will also have the same problem of sourcing the material needed for certain body care products.

We only use what we believe to to be the very best and natural materials available if they aren't from a Certified Organic grower.

What is Business Protection or BP

If a Representative agrees to Business Protection (BP), they will receive an immediate 20% off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Business Protection, a Representative is committing to receiving an order of at least 75 points on the 25th of every month if their monthly orders to that date do not exceed 75 Points.

75 Points is approximately $95 Australian dollars for the average order.

Note: you will not be sent this order if you place an order of 75PV or over before the 28th of each month. BP is only a protection order in the event that you don't place an order before the 28th of the month so you don't lose your bonuses.

 

What is Auto Ship

If a Representative signs up for a 75 point Autoship, they receive an immediate 20% off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Autoship, the Member is committing to a regular monthly order. The monthly order will be sent out on the 5th, 10th, 15th or the 20th of each calendar month, depending on the date of their joining and regardless of the ordering activity of the member.

What are the company Policies and Procedures

INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE or AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms & Conditions hereunder, together with the Policies & Procedures and the Compensation Plan, form the agreement (the Agreement) between the Independent Representative or Independent Affiliate (Member) and Organic & Natural Enterprise Group Pty. Ltd. (
Organic Natural Enterprize or the Company). A Member may cancel the Agreement within 15 days of joining for a full refund. After the 15-day period has lapsed any sales aids or product (not including Shipping & Handling) will be repurchased by the Company at 80% of the Members cost after a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) has been obtained from the Company. The cost of returning any items to the Company shall be borne by the Member.

Upon acceptance by the Company of the Member Application and Agreement at its Corporate Offices, the applicant is appointed a Member of the Company. The Member confirms, understands and agrees that:

1.The Member is of legal age to enter into a contract in the country in which they reside.

2.The Member shall have the right to sell the products offered by
Organic Natural Enterprize in accordance with the Companys Compensation Plan.

3.The Member agrees to abide by any modifications to the Policies & Procedures or the Compensation Plan reasonably implemented by the Company and provided to the Member.

4.The terms of this Agreement shall be one (1) year from the date of acceptance by the Company, unless earlier terminated by the Company or the Member. Provided the Member does not breach any of the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement, this Agreement will be renewed for successive terms of one year.

5.The Member confirms and acknowledges that the Member is an independent contractor who establishes and services retail customers for the Companys products. The position of Member does not constitute an agency or a franchisee/franchisor relationship with the Company. This Agreement is not intended and shall not be construed to create a relationship of employer/employee, agency, partnership or joint venture between and Member and the Company.

As an independent contractor, the Member shall:

a)Abide by any and all Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to this Agreement and the acquisition, receipt, storing, selling, distribution or advertising of the Companys products.

b)At the Members own expense, make, execute or file such reports and obtain such licenses as are required by law or public authority with respect to this agreement and the receipt, storing, selling, distribution or advertising of the Companys products.

c)Be solely responsible for the declaration and payment of all local, State and Federal taxes that may be payable because of the Members activities or income in connection with this Agreement.

d)Not make any statements or representations regarding the Companys products or Compensation Plan other than those contained in sales aids provided by the Company.

6.Failure to comply with any provision of the Agreement may result in the suspension or cancellation of the Membership.

7.A Member shall be entitled to cancel their Membership at any time and for any reason upon sending written notice to the Company. Upon notification of cancellation, the Company will re-purchase any inventory in accordance with this Agreement.

8.In the event that a dispute arises between the Company and a Member or among Members as to their respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, such disputes shall be exclusively resolved pursuant to the appeal procedure in the Policies & Procedures. Any further dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Such arbitration to be held in Queensland, Australia. The laws of Queensland, Australia, apply. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and shall be entitled to enforcement in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.It is expressly agreed by the Member that there are or were no verbal or other written representations, understandings, stipulations, agreements or promises relating to the subject matter of the Agreement not incorporated in writing in this Agreement and that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

10.The Member agrees not to utilise the Companys logos, tradenames or trademarks or those of its products in any way other than those approved by the Company. The Member agrees to utilise only those items of literature and sales aids provided by the Company.

11.The Member understands that the Membership position can be inherited or bequeathed, but cannot be transferred or assigned during the lifetime of the Member without the written consent of the Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

12.The Member understands the Company does not discriminate in its acceptance or rejection of applicants because of race, creed, gender, colour or national origin.

13.The Member acknowledges and understands that this Agreement shall not be binding on either party until the Company has accepted it at its Corporate Office.

14.If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid all other provisions and clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
